Sarah Diggle

Personal Trainer  |  Studio Instructor

Sarah is a busy mum of five, and exercise is her way of finding a bit of “me time”. Time to escape the daily routine, although she openly admits she did have to really push herself to make that “me time”.

It quickly became clear that Sarah loved it, the environment, the social side, the feel good factor and exercise became a passion. So much so that at the ripe old age of, well let’s say, “in her 40’s” she decided she wanted to help others get back or even start their fitness journey and enjoy exercise.

“If I can make the time with a Husband working full time and five children anyone can. I enrolled, as a mature student, worked hard at home and gained my Level 2 Gym Instructor and the Level 3 Personal Trainer and have never looked back! I enjoy working with people, sharing my knowledge and experiences and helping them fall in love with exercise as I do so it becomes part of your everyday life!”

Abs Lawal

Studio Instructor

Abs’ love for fitness started at an early age. She has been involved in the sporting industry for a long time either as a participant, mentor, coach or official.
Abs became a sports trainer because she wanted to utilize her passion for helping others improve their wellness through their fitness journeys. Her enthusiasm comes from peoples’ desires to succeed in their quest for improved health and fitness; and that feeling of making a positive impact on people’s lives.

“Fitness workouts should be challenging and enjoyable – lots of fun. I always encourage people to work towards; achieve; exceed their projected limits and look to review/set new personal targets/goals.”

“I like to feel connected with anyone I work with. There is no judgment or expectation; just encouragement to achieve their best and enjoy themselves whilst getting fitter. I believe that fitness is for life and any journey is a continuous work in progress – we sometimes take breaks but can always get back on track with a little help from folk like me.
I’ve passed my love of fitness to my kids and we sometimes train or work together in the industry!!! I am dedicated to everyone I work with, be it in a group setting or on a one to one basis. I am focused on helping anyone attain their personal targets/fitness goals. I constantly look at ways to improve my knowledge, teaching style and method of delivery. “I would like to say that my first class was sublime and I was hooked, but the reality is, I kept checking my watch thinking ‘how long is this going to last?’”

Setting herself the goal to attend for six weeks, something about the way she felt after each class drew her back each week. Out of that persistence and patience her love of this transformative practice grew.

She is influenced by many styles, but particularly enjoys teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa style flow classes. “Yoga calms the mind and body, rejuvenates the spirits, improves flexibility, elongates and strengthens the muscles.
